全店珠寶免送貨費用，確認訂單後現貨或預定商品會在2-5個工作天內由順豐送出。如需要特別指定日期送達請聯繫客服。

Delivery Policy

Hong Kong local delivery is free of charge.

If the date of delivery is not required, the jewellery item will be delivered within 7 days. The delivering time is 10am-6pm.

Customers can fill in their required time period on the website, we will arrange it if it is possible.

Delivery date and time may be affected by weather and traffic incident, additional fee might be charged if customers required specific delivery time in this circumstance.

保養及售後服務

你購買的首飾是Lafit Jewellery結合Lafit品牌風格的特色設計。

所有Lafit Jewellery的珠寶首飾均可享有一年保養及清洗售後服務。

請注意日常使用的痕跡及部分物料（例如銀器）的自然折舊並不包括在內。

即使保養期過後，您的飾品仍可按情況送回廠商維修，我們亦會提供報價維修服務。

為保持首飾呈現最好狀態，我們建議你參考以下保養說明：

購買時，珠寶均附有保護盒或小絨袋以作收藏。

每件首飾應獨立存放專門設計的珠寶盒或絨袋中，

避免因碰撞其他飾品而互相刮花。

日常可用抹銀布或抹眼鏡布，清除表面手指紋及污跡。

切勿讓首飾與水或化學物質如化妝品、香水或漂白水接觸，以免表面受到侵蝕。

如需送回珠寶進行保養售後服務，請先聯絡我們客服專員預約以便安排。其他保養問題亦可隨時聯絡客服或到門市查詢，Lafit Jewellery將會詳細為你解答。

退換貨政策

除了本店品質及失誤所引起的問題，貨物出門，恕不退換。

Warranty Policy:

Lafit Jewellery’s design is rigorous selected align with Lafit unique style.

All jewellery items from Lafit are guaranteed for one year warranty upon the purchase date of receipt.

Please note that oxidation or loss of plating due to the use of the jewellery is not covered by our guarantee policy.

After the expiry date of the warranty (one year), we will offer you a repair quote if your item can be repaired.

To maintain the best condition of this jewel, we recommend you care with below instruction:

Each Jewel included a Lafit original packaging, which should be kept after used every time to avoid scratches.

Gently clean with soft cotton cloth for daily maintenance.

Avoid contact with water or any chemical materials such as skin care, perfume or bleach.

Please kindly send us a photo, and make an appointment via whatsapp. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service or visit our store for any questions on care instruction.

尊貴會員

單次消費滿HKD 4,000或一年內累積消費滿HKD 8,000便可成為永久尊貴會員，隨後於下次消費可享有八五折優惠及優先處理訂單服務。

白金級會員

一年內累積消費滿HKD 15,000，可成為永久白金級會員，可享永久八折優惠及優先處理訂單服務外，可以於限定優惠日前優先挑選預留珠寶。

成為會員時可挑選一份價值$3,000或以下的Lafit花藝品禮物，不定期有限定級優惠預購最新珠寶。

鑽石級會員

一年內累積消費滿HKD 30,000，可升級成為永久鑽石級會員，可享永久七五折優惠及優先處理訂單服務外，可以於限定優惠日前優先挑選預留珠寶。

成為會員時可挑選一份價值$6,000或以下的Lafit花藝品禮物，不定期有限定級優惠預購最新珠寶。

Noble Membership

Purchase HKD$4,000 for one single consumption or accumulated consumption for HKD$8,000 in one year, customers can become our permanent noble members, which he/she can have a 15% off from next purchase and enjoy first priority of ordering service.

Platinum Membership

Accumulated consumption for HKD$15,000 in one year, customers can become our permanent platinum members, which he/she can have permanent 20%off, enjoy first priority of ordering service and jewellery reservation in specific promotion day.

Members can choose a floral gift under HKD$3000 and enjoy pre order of our limited new jewellery products from time to time.

Diamond Membership

Accumulated consumption for HKD$30,000 in one year, customers can become our permanent diamond members, which he/she can have permanent 25%off, enjoy first priority of ordering service and jewellery reservation in specific promotion day.

Members can choose a floral gift under HKD$6,000 and enjoy pre order of our limited new jewellery products from time to time.
